A Rare Opportunity

We carefully choose each of our casks for quality and heritage, and ultimately the flavour profile that they’ll provide. Whether ex-bourbon, oloroso or perhaps a more distinctive and unusual choice, each cask will nurture the whisky during it’s maturation here in Shetland.

A cask is a tangible and tasteable asset, the owner can sample, bottle, or trade.

We suggest a minimum 10yr maturation, although we expect most of these early casks to remain quietly in our bonded warehouse for years, if not decades... after all, these will become the oldest casks of Shetland Single Malt Scotch to exist.

An asset, an heirloom or a collectors essential, we consider our casks of Shetland Single Malt Scotch to be liquid gold.

Maturing With Age

The longer the maturation period, the greater the value.

An alternative asset offering accumulative short to long-term returns.

Scarce & Unique

We distil only small batch Premium Whisky and each cask is genuinely one-of-a-kind.
