A Shetland Single Malt Scotch Whisky has been a dream for Shetlanders for generations, but on Scotland’s remote, and most northerly outpost, time is slower and it has taken until now to realise that dream.
As we say, ‘patience is golden’… and some things truly are worth waiting for.
Martin Watt & Calum Miller, both proud Shetlanders and Whisky Connoisseurs, have been distilling the idea for well over a decade and decided it was finally the right time to make the first ever Single Malt Scotch Whisky from their homeland a reality.
