Refund policy

If any product is received damaged or faulty, we will provide a full refund or a replacement provided we are notified at shop@lerwickdistillery.com within 3 business days of receipt. Should a replacement product not be available for any reason, we will refund the full cost of the product plus any shipping costs. No compensation will be paid.

Breakages & Shortages

While most shipments are delivered complete and in good condition, occasionally, some shipments are delivered with freight damage (breakages) or missing items (shortages) so, upon receipt, it's important you carefully inspect the shipment to ensuring it's intact and in full.

The courier must be informed of any breakages or shortages at the time of delivery. At Lerwick Distillery's sole discretion, we may not accept any claims unless they are stated on the courier’s documentation. We must have confirmation of these breakages or shortages within 3 business days of delivery. Photographic evidence is required by our courier if an item has been damaged during transit. In the case of a return being necessary, we will be in touch to arrange a courier to collect the item.
