We are well underway in founding an entirely new Scotch whisky brand, with our meticulously designed distillery on Scotland's most northerly islands. Unlike the western isles - where distilleries are abundant - Lerwick sits at 60º North, benefiting from a distinct climate ideal for year-round whisky maturation. Our team includes Ian Millar, a legendary Master Distiller whose 50-year career with the world's most preeminent Scotch whisky brands speaks for itself.
2025 was a landmark year. On the path to full operation, we established a thriving retail store, launched a range of premium products, and welcomed over 14,000 visitors - exceeding both revenue and profit projections. We remain focused on the road ahead, with new opportunities continually presenting themselves.
