Smoorikin originates from a mysterious 'Teaspooned' Malt Scotch. Just a touch of a single malt from one distillery cask is mixed with that from the neighbouring distillery. No longer officially a Single Malt, neither distillery claims it as their own, instead conspiring to call it 'Burnside’.
The real secret , however, is that these are two of the most renowned Speyside distilleries, both celebrated worldwide for their superior Single Malts, making this 14-year-old an extraordinary and much sought-after rarity.
Our first batch Smoorikin was very well received by connoisseurs and collectors, selling out shortly after release. But with great fortune, our Master Distiller, Ian Millar, a veteran of such esteemed Distilleries, has managed to source a second exquisite cask.
And while we’ve not yet reached the final chapter end of this mysterious tale, with a limited edition of only 480 bottles, each numbered and initialled by hand, best enjoy it while you can.
