Introducing NØRN Genesis Batch 3, a rare small batch whisky release that captures the spirit, resilience, and maritime character of Shetland in every dram.

Crafted and bottled at 60° North using pure Shetland spring water, Genesis is more than a whisky; it is an expression of place, patience, and provenance. The 2026 edition is strictly limited to just 493 hand-numbered and initialled bottles, created for collectors, connoisseurs, and those who value authenticity and story as much as flavour.

The whisky begins with an exceptional 12year old Speyside Single Malt, matured across two carefully selected oak casks:

• European Oak Sherry Barrique bringing rich spice, dried fruit, and warming depth
• American Oak Ex-Bourbon Cask delivering smooth vanilla, citrus brightness, and balance

Together, they create a whisky with remarkable complexity and a long evolving finish.

• Nose: A generous opening of spice layered with brown sugar, cinnamon, citrus, dried raisins, and subtle notes of Christmas cake
• Palate: Bold spice transitions into smooth vanilla, dried fruits, and vibrant citrus, delivering richness and depth throughout
